Dubrovnik Aristocratic Renaissance Villa with pool set in early Renaissance style Gardens, was once the grand summer residence of Dubrovnik’s nobility. It was constructed during the Republic’s Golden Age, when owning a country property was “de rigeur” to escape the crowds of the city, sounds familiar.

During this time, the Villa was built by the noble Dubrovnik family, as a place to gather and socialize with friends, engage in business, partake in creative pursuits, cultivate the land and be at one with nature. It has recently been lovingly restored by the owners to its former glory, retaining many original features combined with modern interiors, and it is the oldest dated summer residence remaining in the Dubrovnik region.

The Villa, a majestic structure crafted in local limestone, is in perfect alignment with the sun and stars, built in accordance with Golden Ratio proportions. It boasts views of the private, early Renaissance gardens, the island and the Adriatic Sea, presenting an idyllic retreat for couples or groups seeking seclusion and those hosting a romantic wedding or a long-awaited family reunion.

Dubrovnik Aristocratic Renaissance Villa with pool sleeps 14+2 guests, across seven private guest accommodations arranged across the three floors. Each inviting en suite room features twin or king-size beds, wood-beamed ceilings, signature furnishings and natural linens.

Included in price:       welcome pack, Free WiFi, Residence tax and VAT, cleaning 2 hours a day and final cleaning, change of towels twice a week, bed linen is changed once a week, costs of electricity, water, gas, heating and cooling, garden and pool maintenance,  bath products (soap, shampoo, shower gel) are included in the rental price
Reservation deposit:       Travelers pay a booking deposit to book – 30%, the balance is due 60 days before arrival or 90 days before arrival in June, July and August
Security deposit:       upon arrival, a deposit of 1.500 € is paid due to possible damage that could occur during the stay, and the deposit is returned to the guest upon departure if no damage has occurred
