With 5 stylish, contemporary bedrooms for up to 10 people, Villa is the ideal location to relax and unwind, to disconnect from the everyday and enjoy the luxury of time. Take lunch on the shady terrace overlooking olive groves and orchards, laze by the pool, enjoy a sundowner before an evening meal cooked on the barbecue, eaten outdoors in the warmth of the twilight.

From the villa, the island of Šipan with its beaches and villages can be explored on foot, by bicycle or by car, while a ferry takes you on the enchanting journey to Dubrovnik in as little as 45 minutes. From here, you can visit national parks, other islands, even cross the border to see neighboring Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The living and dining room is spacious, with plenty of light and decorated in warm tones of citrus  (50 m2).
It’s large terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail, dine ‘al fresco’ or just admire the colours of nature. This magical setting will stay with you long after you leave!

The kitchen (22 m2) is dedicated to the olive, with a cozy interior that invites all family members to enjoy a delicious Mediterranean meal around the large, round table. Don’t forget to try our Dalmatian recipes!

In the master bedroom, situated on the first floor, near the pool, guests will notice the theme of “grapes”. This bright and spacious bedroom has its own bathroom, and is decorated with elements of green. Against the white background of walls and furniture, it perfectly matches the vineyards and fields that the room looks out onto.

The second of the two master bedrooms on the top floor – often referred to by guests as “the best in the house” – pays homage to the Mediterranean plant the pomegranate.  This room comes with its own antechamber and bathroom with shower.

During hot summer days our beautiful pool (12m x 3,6m) allows guests to take a break from the heat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Looking out over the cerulean Adriatic Sea and the green and fertile olive groves and orchards of the island of Šipan, this is the perfect place to cool off and drink in the view.

Two gorgeous terraces look over the island and the sea:
* the lower terrace in front of the villa (50 m2), perfect for long, lazy lunches with family and friends
* the upper terrace between the house and the pool (90 m2), ideal for casual gatherings, pre-dinner drinks or just lounging away the afternoon.

For a special al fresco gourmet experience, there is a summer kitchen and barbecue area (8 m2) adjacent to the pool – a great place to socialize on those warm summer evenings whilst working some culinary magic over the hot coals.
