Istrian Family Villa with pool near Rovinj was completed in 2006; it is made for 5 people and its 90m² are divided in a ground floor and an upper floor.

The ground floor has air-condition and consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace made of stone, satellite-TV, DVD-player, a fully-fitted kitchen and one bathroom (washing-machine) with shower.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and a big bathroom with two wash-basins and a tub.

In front of the holiday villa in Rovinj Croatia there are a cozy, roof covered, terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a wash-basin; in the courtyard, which belongs to the house, there is a parking place.

Istrian Family Villa with pool near Rovinj has an outdoor swimming pool, which gets also used by the guests from the villas Aurora and Mirta. The pool area is provided with chaises-lounges and an outdoor shower.

Useful information

• Final cleaning:  35EUR
• The air conditioning (only present in the ground floor)  is price included
• The day of arrival the guests are asked a 200€ cash deposit, which will be reimbursed on departure, after a fittings check
• The arrival and the departure are on Saturdays. The holiday villas in Croatia are at disposal after 3pm, and the day of departure they must be left before 10am
• Towels and bed linen are included in the service; the towels get changed twice a week, the bed linen once a week
• In Villa with pool Rovinj Croatia Pets are not allowed
• In particular cases additional persons are allowed: 20€/day , baby beds: 7€/day

Method of payment: At a booking the guest pays, by bank transfer, a reservation deposit of 400€. This booking amount will be taken off from the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid in cash the day of arrival or, if you prefer, by a bank transfer three weeks before the day of arrival.

In case of cancelling the reservation, the booking deposit is kept, because of the experienced loss.
