Istrian Villa with pool, green oasis is a luxurious country estate with a main house, a garden house, a pool house with a large infinity pool, and a Gym house, 420 m2 of living space. The property lies at the heart of 3 hectares of terraced gardens with lavender, olive groves, roses and flowers, panoramic views of the sea, a small vineyard and meadows with a small herd of sheep.

It is perfect for a luxurious family holiday and can host up to 12+1 people, in the main house (5 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 beds for kids) and one extra guest in the garden house, WiFi internet is in all rooms. Housekeeper lives in a separate house on the property and can be booked to assist with cooking, shopping and cleaning.

Through an old charming stone path you reach the lower terrace of the estate, with a large infinity pool and pool house.  The pool and pool area look out on an olive grove with grazing sheep and the wide lush valley that ends in the Adriatic Sea. The pool house features a full kitchen and grill and can be used for 12 people lunch or dinner.

There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor of the main house, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom.

The Master bedroom No. 1 has an en suite bathroom with a large bathtub and a terrace. The terrace of the Master bedroom has a stunning view of the lush valley.

The Double bedroom No. 2 has a beautiful view and enough space to house an extra baby bed.

The Double bedroom No. 3 is a comfortable, cozy room with an en suite bathroom.

The Double bedroom No. 4 has a lot of space and can host 2 extra baby beds.

The Double bedroom No. 5 is large, and has room for 2 extra baby beds. It also features an en suite bathroom.

In the Garden House, which is just a few steps away , there is another single room, with an en-suite bathroom.

The Living Room, TV room and Dining Room

The living room is a great place to gather family and friends, and spent great time together. You can create a cozy atmosphere by lighting the fireplace. Next door is a TV room, which  features a flat TV, DVD player, and SAT receiver as well as a HI-FI system with CD player. The TV room is ideal for watching the news, reading a book or watching a movie together. The dining room can sit up to 14 people and like the living room is surrounded by terraces.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen features a microwave, an oven, 5 heating plates and 3 fridges with a separate pantry, and a washing kitchen. The Kitchen has a small wooden kitchen table that is ideal for kids dinner.

Main House – Ground Floor 

You enter Istrian Villa with pool, green oasis, from a steep private road into a graveled courtyard. The location is spectacular: seated at the top of a lush valley with a view over terraced gardens, olive groves and vineyards with the sea on the horizon. Next to Olives, you’ll find small vineyards around the house that provide the estate with delicious red (Merlot) and white (Malvazia) wine. 

The Villa’s beautiful upper gardens, includes 3 terraces, which are ideal to have outdoor dinner or read and relax. The main terrace is surrounded by lush flower beds and has a stunning view on the sea. You can seat up to 16 people.  The roofed terrace is a natural extension of the living room and is ideal to escape the sun. The lower terrace is slightly separated from the main complex and provides stunning views and peace and quiet for those who seek to relax.

There is much you can do at Istrian Villa with pool, green oasis: We have a fully equipped Gym with  a new rowing machine, a new electrical bike, weights, and an adjustable weight bench. There are several new yoga mats for practice on the outdoor veranda with a beautiful view over the valley.

Just underneath the pool, is a Putting Green to practice Golf. There is also a Ping-Pong table and, chickens and a herd of grazing sheep that lives on the grounds and is very popular with kids. You can go on great walks straight out of the house either you follow the old Roman road further down into the valley, or on the road up the valley that leads through pretty vineyards and picturesque ruins to several neighboring villages.
