Outdoors, the villa includes a heated 60 sqm private pool (heating included in price), a covered terrace with a lounge set and BBQ, sun loungers around the pool, beautiful lawn and an olive grove behind the house. Additionally, there is a private garage for 2 cars and further parking space for 3 cars.

On the ground floor is a living room with a large comfortable couch and flat TV, alongside an elegant kitchen with a dining table for up to 8 guests. There is also a double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom on this floor. The first floor contains 3 more double bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom. The sea-facing rooms provide panoramic views, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
