The Villa has glamour in abundance, here in beautiful Croatia. You and your friends/family guests will marvel at the resplendent views of island of Lokrum, the Old City walls and the famous Old City Harbor.

Spacious outdoor terraces and a shaded garden with exotic Mediterranean plants surround a swimming pool with a jetted tub. The Villa is an ideal choice if you’d like to spend your vacation in the seclusion of a relaxing, private environment by the sea in Dubrovnik.

Two master suites, each suite with spacious living areas and with 2 en suite bedrooms with private baths; and 2 junior suites, each with a living area, en suite bedroom and bath, accommodate up to 12 guests in luxury, privacy and absolute comfort.

A villa glass elevator enables guests easy access to each suite and, to guarantee privacy, can be programmed to access each floor separately.

For our guests’ convenience, we provide a villa manager, a 6 car private garage, staff quarters, catering service, laundry facility, limousine service as well as transfer service to/from the Dubrovnik International Airport.

A Swimming pool with a Jacuzzi is surrounded by spacious private terraces and a shaded garden with lush exotic Mediterranean plants and Dubrovnik’s signature Cyprus trees.

The Villa also has a small traditional Tavern, where local and Mediterranean specialties can be prepared. Tavern due to safety reasons might be used only and exclusively with the Villa chef attendance as separate request . Dalmatian cooking lessons could be arranged here if guests wish to learn more about the local cuisine.
