A stunning, spacious beachfront villa set on a secluded bay with a hillside infinity heated pool just a short drive from Hvar town. This is a true paradise with the beach immediately in front of the villa and a range of sundecks and terraces around the villa to relax on.

An exquisite villa with a large infinity pool is situated on its own bay which provides peace and quiet. The beach and sea are just a few meters from the villa. The heated infinity swimming pool ensures spring and autumn fun and relaxation.

The villa has been refurbished to a high standard and is spacious inside. All amenities and appliances are provided. Hvar town is just a 12 minute drive and easy to access for shops and restaurants.

The Villa is perfect for families with children due its isolated and safe location with plenty of activities and little traffic. It is also great for groups of friends who want to have a huge area in which to make their own fun yet it is just a short drive from the restaurants and bars of Hvar town.

The interior of the villa has been carefully constructed to maximize light and views with large french windows opening on to terraces and balconies all around the house giving a sense of outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with American style doubling up of appliances. The sitting room has with large flat screen TV.

The villa enjoys with modern facilities including air conditioning, Sonos wireless sound system, Bose music centre, Nespresso machine, rain showers in the en suite bathrooms, infinity pool etc

There are six bedrooms and four bathrooms: 2 en suite and 2 large family bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths, separate showers, bidet, WC and granite mounted basins. In addition there is a downstairs solar heated outdoor shower.

There are a large number of balconies, terraces and decks on which you can lounge and soak up the sun and atmosphere. The pool and surrounding terrace which enjoys first light at sunrise and far reaching views at sunset is stunning.

The outdoor living concept is present throughout with outdoor sofas and sun loungers around the pool, on the Yoga deck and on the balcony. The wood fired barbecue and outdoor pizza oven is great fun and delivers tasty food when entertaining.

The property is unique and was extensively featured by the British newspaper The Sunday Times.

There are private permanent moorings for speed boats up to 10m, jet-skis and sailboats.

The whole villa is available for guests’ use. Air-conditioning is available in the whole villa.
For reservations longer than 14 nights the cleaner will visit every Saturday to change the linen and towels.

Our gardener and swimming pool maintenance company visit a few times a week. Our handyman comes as necessary.

Many of our guests request the services of a chef and maid. We can arrange both at additional cost. We can also arrange a yoga instructor.

The internet is based on a 4G mobile router which is commonplace throughout the Croatian islands. We can not guarantee up-time due to the variation in signal strength. Bandwidth may also be limited at certain times of the day.

We recommend car hire when staying at the villa and can put you directly in touch with a reliable company on the island.

Hvar town is approx. 10-12 mins drive. Taxis are available but it is generally easier if you have your own vehicle. We can help to arrange car or scooter hire if required.

The easiest way to arrive at the villa is to fly to Split airport. Local fast catamarans and ferries are available to Hvar town. Most of our guests choose to have a private transfer by speed boat directly from the airport to the quayside in front of the villa. We can help make arrangements for any of the above if required.

Pricing is based on 10 person. For any extra persons (max 2 up to 12 people) price is charged € 150 per person per night.
