Traditional Istrian Villa with pool, tranquility, great views is a recently rebuilt house from the 18th century. Our family gave many efforts to rebuild the Istrian Villa pool and still to follow the style of the ancient builders.

Renovated stone house is located in Istrian gastronomic paradise, where wine and truffles are representatives of gastronomy. The breathtaking views of the surrounding city in the hills of central Istria and Mirna valley and lake Butonega. The place of perfect peace for your ideal Istrian Villa pool holiday.

The holiday villa consists of ground floor where we have 1 double room, bathroom with shower, kitchen with a fireplace and dining table and a huge terrace with BBQ.

From the terrace of this Istria villa you can enjoy in beautiful view of Lake Butoniga.

On the first floor are two double rooms, one single room and one bathroom with bathtub. There is also a basement consisting of wine bar and bathroom with shower. In wine bar you can try homemade wine, brandy and olive oil.
