The Luxury Villa with pool Makarska has two separate bedrooms on the first floor each with a double bed, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, located in the basement, ground and first floor. Furthermore, Villa Makarska offers you a separate apartment, 3 metres behind the house, composed of a living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, a kitchen and a private bathroom with a washing machine.

The interior space is 220m² in total and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons there is a fireplace in the living room and floor heating throughout the villa. Parking for several cars is reserved directly in front of the Luxury Villa with pool Makarska on the property.

On the ground floor of the Makarska holiday home is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the exit to the terrace.

On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery, connected to one of the bedrooms, on your disposal is another bedroom with a double bed.

In the basement is a wine cellar and a Konoba, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 30 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a barbecue. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC and a tumble dryer.
