Family Holiday Villa near Rovinj with pool

Family Holiday Villa Rovinj area with pool measures 80m² and is suitable for 4 people. It was finished in spring of 2007 and it is furnished in a very nice way.

This Villa Rovinj area with pool is divided in two floors; both are provided with air-conditioning. The ground floor consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace, LCD-TV, satellite-TV,DVD-player, a dining table, a fully-fitted kitchen and a WC (washing-machine).

At the upper floor of the villa in Rovinj there are two bedrooms with double bed; both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower.

Two nice roof covered terraces with garden furniture are situated in front of the house. Villa in Croatia with pool has an outdoor swimming pool, which is provided with chaises-lounges and an outdoor shower.

The guests from the other two Istrian villas also use the pool.

Useful information

• Final cleaning:  35EUR
• The air conditioning is on request 5 €/day
• The day of arrival the guests are asked a 200€ cash deposit, which will be reimbursed on departure, after a fittings check
• The arrival and the departure are on Saturdays. The houses are at disposal after 3pm, and the day of departure they must be left before 10am
• Towels and bed linen are included in the service; the towels get changed twice a week, the bed linen once a week
• Pets are not allowed
• In particular cases additional persons are allowed: 20€/day , baby beds: 7€/day

Method of payment: At a booking the guest pays, by bank transfer, a reservation deposit of 400€. This booking amount will be taken off from the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid in cash the day of arrival or, if you prefer, by a bank transfer three weeks before the day of arrival.

In case of cancelling the reservation, the booking deposit is kept, because of the experienced loss.
