Traditional Istrian Villa with pool, in Rovinj area, measures about 128m² and there is room for 6+1* people. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors; The ground floor has a nice living-room (air-condition, satellite-TV, DVD-player) with a fireplace made of stone, a spacious fully-fitted kitchen with a dining table, and one bathroom (washing-machine) with shower.
The first floor of this holiday villa in Croatia has two bedrooms with double bed, and each room has its own bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of a further living-room with an extendable couch, a TV and a dining table; it has also a kitchenette, a third bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. In front of the house there are a roof covered terrace with garden furniture, a grill place, an oven and a wash-basin; further there is a little house with a big fireplace, where one can have a cozy get-together.
Internet, safe and hairdryer. Baby-beds and gym are on request.
*the seventh person pays an extra charge of 15 €/day.

Istrian Villa Rovinj area has a nice outdoor swimming pool, which gets also used by the guests of nearby Istrian villa; The pool area is provided with chaises-lounges and an outdoor shower. Two parking lots.

Final cleaning:  40 €
The air conditioning (only present in the ground floor)  is included in price
The day of arrival the guests are asked a 200 € cash security deposit, which will be reimbursed on their departure, after a fittings check
The arrival and the departure are on Saturdays. Check in after 3pm, Check out before 10am
Towels and bed linen are included, towels get changed twice a week, bed linen once a week
Pets are not allowed
In particular cases additional persons are allowed: 20 €/day , baby beds: 7 €/day

Method of payment: At a booking the guest pays, by bank transfer, a reservation deposit of 400 €. This booking amount will be taken off from the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid in cash the day of arrival or, if you prefer, by a bank transfer three weeks before the day of arrival to the Istrian Villa Rovinj .

In case of cancelling the reservation, the booking deposit is kept, because of the experienced loss.
