The Villas facilities

Each villa with 3 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor,  each with generous bathrooms (walk-in shower, high quality sanitary ware), safe in each room, TV & air conditioning, and guest room with bathroom on the ground floor, with a king bed, en suite bathroom and sea view terrace with a breathtaking view of the Zadar archipelago.

The bathroom to the master bedroom includes a free standing bathtub and double washbasin. Living and dining area with kitchen on the ground floor. Powder room on ground floor. Premium bathroom amenities, chic beach bag, bathrobes, and slippers, amenities for children.

Each villa has 600 sqm of private garden with heated private pool (40 sqm), spacious loungers and open-air shower. Shaded terrace with living and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue set.

Fully equipped kitchen – Induction stove with 4 hobs with hood, fridge, freezer & wine/drinks fridge all standard size most likely with ice cubes machine, dishwasher, combination of oven and microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, egg cooker.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and Dyson vacuum. Television set in the living room and in each bedroom. Bathrooms – hair dryer, scale, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and vanity box. Family kit, including children’s tableware set, highchair, crib, and other items upon request.
