Luxury Villa, opened its doors in 2021, offers tranquility and a high level of luxury for up to 8 guests, 250 square meters of living space, 4 luxurious and spacious bedrooms, a contemporary open kitchen plan, dining and living room, a spacious lounge area, 5 bathrooms, free WiFi, air-conditioning, laundry and private car parking.

All four rooms have a king-size bed. All bedrooms have fully equipped en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while the front two bedrooms have an additional modern freestanding bathtub by the bed, three bedrooms have a partial sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped and categorized with 5 stars. In the spacious living room you will find various content such as Smart Satellite TV,  Netflix, PlayStation and a beautiful fireplace. All rooms are air conditioned. The villa follows a smart home concept.
