Villa near Rovinj with pool is part of  a complex of 5 adjoining holiday villas, which are located in the small village in the interior of Istria, only 17km from Rovinj and the Adriatic coast.. These are pretty country holiday homes with 2 swimming pools (The holiday houses 1 and 2 share a swimming pool and the holiday houses 3,4 and 5 share another  pool).

Location is an ideal starting point for visiting many historic cities, such as Rovinj, Porec, Motovun or Svet Vincenat.
Villa near Rovinj with pool is suitable for 4 guests and living space measures 120m², which are divided in two spacious floors, provided with air-conditioning. Villa near Rovinj with pool is situated in the small village, close to the historical little town of Kanfanar.

The ground floor of Villa near Rovinj with pool consists of a big dining/-living room with a nice fireplace, LCD-TV, satellite-TV and DVD-player; a fully-equipped kitchen and a WC (washing-machine).

At the upper floor  there are two bedrooms with double bed, and each room has its own en suite bathroom with shower.
From the living-room you come to a roof covered terrace with garden furniture, from where you directly reach a nice outdoor swimming pool, which also gets used by the guest of other two holiday villas, which are situated nearby in the same courtyard.

The swimming pool area is provided with chaises-lounges and an outdoor shower.

Free Wi-Fi internet, safe deposit box and hairdryer. One parking place is in front of the holiday home. Baby beds and gym are on request.

The air conditioning is on request: 5 €/day
The day of arrival the guests are asked a 200€ cash deposit, which will be reimbursed on departure, if no damage is caused.
The arrival and the departure are on Saturdays (exeptions can be made).
Check in is after 3pm, check out is before 10am.
Pets are not allowed – sorry.
In particular cases additional persons are allowed: 20€/day , baby beds: 7€/day

Method of payment: At a booking the guest pays, by bank transfer, a reservation deposit of 400€. This booking amount will be taken off from the total amount. The remaining amount can be paid in cash the day of arrival or, if you prefer, by a bank transfer three weeks before the day of arrival at Villa Rovinj Croatia with pool.
In case of cancelling the reservation, the booking deposit is kept, because of the experienced loss.
