The house was built 2014th year, surrounded by stone walls of Istrian stone and green, so it guarantees guests privacy and peace.

Istria villa is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the fields, forests, the sea and the surrounding Istrian villages. In the garden in front of the house there is a swimming pool of 50m2 with garden furniture and sun loungers and wood-burning fireplace for barbecue.

Not far from the Istrian villa you can enjoy riding horses on ranch. Ranch covers an area of 30,000 sqm with trails for horseback riding. The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).
