The stunning Private Villa in Istria with pool on large peaceful green estate is the perfect place for your holiday!

It is located near the sea in the small village and offers a large private pool. The villa is situated on a large plot of land which extends over 20 000 square metres.

The interior of the villa offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room. There are two bedrooms available, each with an en-suite bathroom with access to the terrace. There is also another bathroom in the villa.

When you enter the property of the villa, you will see the terrace, which invites you to enjoy a cozy dinner outside. Use the outdoor kitchen and dining area to prepare delicious meals. Sunbathe on one of the many deck chairs or swim in the pool to cool off on hot summer days.
