Nestled within it, the Villa offer the chance to live and enjoy exciting landscapes and enriching moments.

The property is spread over 6.4 hectares and consists of 6 luxury villas, reception building with lounge, tennis and beach volley court. In the pool area there are sun loungers, cabana and parasols.

As you can see from the photos and the video, the Villa have the most beautiful 360 degrees views on the Croatian coast, with sea and islands on one side and mountain Velebit on the other side.

The villa has private infinity pool, hot tub, sauna, 4 bedrooms that sleeps 7 people in total, 3 en suite bathrooms, outdoor and indoor kitchen with BBQ, indoor fireplace, game room with Playstation 5, huge club room with pool table and its own wine cellar.

The Villa is nested in the immortelle fields. We also produce own 100% pure natural organic immortelle oil, and as a special offer you may also enjoy rejuvenating soak in your private immortelle hot tub.

We also offer private chef, concierge service, in-house rental service for electrical scooters and bicycles, airport transfers, daily grocery delivery to your villa, etc. Our partner restaurant is Michelin star Restaurant Boškinac.

Pag with average 2.500 sunny hours per year is one of the sunniest islands in Croatia, easily accessible by car over Pag bridge. North-easterly wind “bura” blows raising the sea mist with salt and water droplets from the sea surface and depositing it on the pastures and meadows, contributing to the unique flavor of the Pag cheese and lamb. We encourage you to try the local delicacies, visit a cheese factory or enjoy a cheese and wine tasting tour.

The Olive Gardens of Pag are like no other olive grove. These olive trees are one of the oldest in the world, families have been caring for them for centuries. They are located just a short walk away from the villa.

Novalja city is just a 10 min drive away, featuring an old city center with many nice restaurants, including Michelin-awarded restaurant Boškinac.

Near Novalja (12 min drive from the Villa) you can have fun at the famous party beach Zrće, “Croatian Ibiza” with its exciting nightlife, a favorite destination for dance lovers, party never ends.

The most popular beaches in the area are Straško, Caska, Babe, Ručica, Trinćel, Beriknica, Čista, Delfinka, Jadra, Šimuni, and many smaller beaches in the remote bays.

Pag offers beautiful Croatian trails – Life on Mars for adrenaline enthusiasts, instead of driving your car to explore the beaches, try the trails to experience an unforgettable spiritual journey while (re)building your body.

The highest peak of the Pag island, Sveti Vid (347 m above sea level) is probably one of the best sunset locations and provides a panoramic view of the Pag settlements and the neighboring islands. Several marked hiking trails lead to the peak, a newly made path to the peak can be approached by car.

Exploring around the Pag island is fun and adventurous, but knowing that you have a villa sanctuary that you can retreat to whenever you need it, is even better.
