The a la carte breakfast is also open for both hotel and walk-in guests and is prepared from local ingredients like goat milk, goat cheese, goat yogurt, and bread and pastries made in-house. Seasonal fruits & vegetables are from organic farms on the island.

Serves meals only by an open fire, as it was done on Dugi Otok 11,000 years ago, with a capacity for 18 seats. Only wood is used to grill the meat and fish, featuring the best ingredients from the island and the Adriatic Sea.

Using ingredients cultivated under the Mediterranean sun and watered with desalinated water, sourced from family farms, our meals, featuring invincible Adriatic fish and seafood, are cooked over open flames — charcoal grills or hearth ovens.

    Eco Villa Olive Mill & Olive Oil with Organic Farm

On the 40 000 sqm organic olive grove, you can find an olive oil production site, tasting room, and guest accommodations.

Each drop of Eco Villa olive oil is a handmade masterpiece. All drupes that make oil are hand-picked and processed on the same day using the state-of-the-art Molinova TG processing plant. Olives are separated from the stem, and any drupe that is damaged or has any trace of external influences is removed during the processing. Only the perfect olives, healthy and intact, create the unique taste of oil.

Eco Villa extra virgin olive oil is of premium quality, extremely rich in polyphenols – herbal compounds with powerful antioxidant properties that protect the heart, blood vessels, and immune system, and have a positive effect on the prevention of chronic inflammatory diseases and cancers as well as antiaging properties. The proven high level of polyphenols puts oil ahead of any other Croatian oils, and at the very top of the list of world-renowned oils with noticeable health benefits.

The walls are contrived from excavated stone. By using excavated materials, we have managed to avoid an increase in carbon dioxide emissions. Because we care about the environment, we have designed the building as an A+ energy class. When the construction process was complete, various Mediterranean plants were sown in the area of the facility surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, and vegetable and herb gardens.

Exclusive Eco Wellness Villa, surrounded by a 500-year-old olive grove, is located on the island of Dugi Otok, Croatia, in the heart of Dalmatia, next to the picturesque village.

Exclusive Eco Wellness Villa sits in the middle of the Adriatic Sea, equidistant from the famous towns of Dubrovnik and Venice. A yacht moored forevermore…

Dugi Otok (Long Island) is the largest island among the northern Dalmatian islands, stretching 45 km long and between 1 and 4 km wide. Just a few minutes away from luxurious organic villa accommodations on the southeastern part of the island is protected Telascica Nature Park, a natural extension of the nautical paradise Kornati National Park, the largest archipelago in the Adriatic Sea, the most wonderful Adriatic natural attraction mostly uninhabited, where nature is truly untouched.

    Flying to Zadar

The nearest airport is in Zadar – 45 kilometers or 27,9 miles away, which is around 55 minutes travel time.
A driver can pick you up and transfer you to and from the airport.

Many airlines including EasyJet, RyanAir, Eurowings, and Wizz Air fly from many airports in Europe direct to Zadar Airport. From Zadar Airport, guests can transfer by ferry or catamaran, which takes approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Exclusive transfers to/from Zadar, staff can arrange helicopter transfers, which will get you from Zadar airport to the hotel’s helipad in around 20 minutes.

    By ferry or catamaran

Zadar airport is around 15 minutes away from Zadar port. Transfers, consisting of limousine to Zadar port and private speed boat to Dugi Otok. If you’re getting yourself to Zaglav or Žman port by private boat or by catamaran, complimentary pick-up will be arranged.

Public transfer options include ferries from Zadar Gaženica Port to Brbinj on Dugi Otok or catamarans from Zadar to Zaglav or Sali. Ferries take 1 hour and 40 minutes and catamarans between 40 and 60 minutes. Guests can also book a private boat transfer with the Exclusive Eco Wellness Villa concierge service or a private helicopter transfer from Zadar Airport to the property.

    By car

Transfer options for cars include ferries from Zadar Gaženica Port to Brbinj on Dugi Otok, there’s free valet parking on site, although you’re likely to be arriving on Dugi Otok by boat. Between hotel transfers to get you there, hiking and biking opportunities around the slender island, and organized excursions, a private car isn’t essential for your stay.
